These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Next Topper, operated by Inition Technology LLP. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they are written to be clear and fair.

1. About the Platform

Next Topper is an online educational platform where parents purchase curated question sets for their children (students in class 1–12). Children take interactive exams, earn points, and track their progress. Content is created by qualified educators and reviewed by administrators before being published.

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to register as a parent on Next Topper.
• You must provide accurate information — your name, email address, and phone number.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You may create child profiles under your account. You are responsible for your children's use of the platform.
• One parent account can have multiple child profiles.

3. Purchases and Payments

• Question sets are purchased by parents and are available to all children under that parent account.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of GST.
• GST at 18% is added at checkout. GSTIN: 09AAFFI0515H1ZN.
• Payments are processed securely by PayU. We do not store your payment card details.
• Once a question set is purchased and accessed, it is non-refundable. If you have a genuine issue, contact us at support@nexttopper.org and we will review it.
• A tax invoice is available for every purchase from your Purchase History page.

4. What You Get

When you purchase a question set, you get:

• Unlimited access to that question set for all children under your account
• The ability to retake exams as many times as you like
• Detailed results showing correct answers, wrong answers, and points earned
• A downloadable certificate for each completed exam

Access continues as long as your account is active and the question set remains on the platform. We will notify you if a question set is removed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with people outside your family
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute question content from the platform
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use the platform for any purpose other than educational practice
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform

6. Content Ownership

All question sets, content, and materials on Next Topper are owned by Inition Technology LLP or licensed to us. Purchasing a question set gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for educational purposes within your family. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute any content from the platform.

7. Scoring System

The scoring system works as follows:

• +5 points for each correct answer
• −2 points for each wrong answer
• 0 points for skipped questions

Points are for motivation and progress tracking only. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for anything.

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these terms. If your account is deactivated, you will lose access to purchased content. We will contact you before taking action unless the violation is serious.

9. Limitation of Liability

Next Topper provides educational content for practice purposes. We do not guarantee specific academic results or exam scores. The platform is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
